Hailing from the Turkish city of Izmit, Rifat Karlova has had a number of identities in Taiwan. Better known to Taiwanese by his stage name Wu Feng, he''s a Golden-Bell-winning travel show host, a Taiwanese citizen, and now an entrepreneur.
